Fresh Melt is a brand-new concept, created by a group of local entrepreneurs in the Winston-Salem area. We want to provide classic comfort food in a casual atmosphere that everyone can enjoy with their family and friends. The intention is to take this much-needed lunch and dinner alternative and expand it to many locations throughout the Piedmont Triad and beyond. Our goal is to treat every first-time guest like a loyal, life-long regular. We want everyone to not only feel welcome, but feel anxious to return and enjoy our fresh food in comfortable surroundings and leave feeling “simply satisfied.”

Because of our commitment to the community, we use local ingredients wherever possible. This commitment extends to our goal of creating productive jobs in the local market. We strive to build a team based upon the concept of coaching each member to help them grow and develop into well-rounded, independent, self-respecting citizens who make a positive contribution to society. Fresh Melt’s concept is to use locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, in order to provide the freshest, most appealing casual dining option for the community, at an affordable price. The variety of grilled cheese choices are tantalizing to everyone’s taste buds, but for those who prefer lighter options, there are many delicious salads and homemade soups available, as well. Mouth-watering homemade soups include creamy tomato bisque, broccoli and cheese, chicken and dumpling and vegetarian minestrone, as well as seasonal favorites. The menu also offers the option of building a “custom” sandwich from a list of fresh ingredients.
